Tiny Tummies Plus
Tiny Tummies Plus is an optional one-time upgrade for the Tiny Tummies iPhone app. It adds growth charts, reports for appointments, family sharing for up to six people, milestones, a vaccination record, and colour themes. It is never a subscription, and everything you track is included in the base app.
What is in Plus?
Plus is for when you want more. Here is what it adds today:
- Growth charts that plot weight, and length or height, against centile curves.
- Reports for appointments, a tidy PDF for your health visitor or GP.
- Family sharing for up to six people on the same records.
- Milestones, the firsts as they happen.
- Vaccinations, a record alongside the NHS schedule.
- Colour themes, with a colour for each child.
- More to come, included at no extra cost.
Plus is bought inside the app as a one-time in-app purchase. The App Store shows the current price before you buy.

What do growth charts show?
Growth charts plot your child's measurements against centile curves, so you can see where they sit as they grow.
- Switch between Weight and Length or height.
- See a plain summary of the latest measurement, such as "around the 41st centile".
- Follow the line over time, with the 2nd, 50th, and 98th centiles marked.
- Babies born at 32 to 36 weeks are plotted at their corrected age. For babies born before 32 weeks, the centile lines are left off during their first two years, as they are plotted on a specialist chart.
Logging weight is included in the base app. Plus unlocks the chart.

What are reports for appointments?
A tidy PDF of feeds, foods, allergens, nappies, medicine, temperatures, growth, milestones, and vaccinations over any dates you choose, to hand to a health visitor or GP. You can share it straight from your phone.
It is a record of what you entered, so it is easy to answer "how many feeds this week?" or "when was the last dose?" without scrolling back through the app.
What are milestones?
Record the firsts as they happen, from the first smile to the first steps, and add your own. Turn any of them into a picture to share, or save it straight to Photos.
Milestones are a memory book. There are no expected ages and no checklists to keep up with.
What is the vaccination record?
The NHS vaccination schedule, worked out from your child's date of birth. See what is offered and when, mark each one as given, record any others, and get a reminder a month before, so there is time to book.
It never says a vaccination is overdue. If one has not been marked as given, it points you to your GP surgery.
NHS guidance
Read NHS vaccinations and when to have them on the NHS website. UKHSA guidance is that babies born early follow the schedule from their date of birth.
Vaccination schedule last checked: 3 October 2026.
How does family sharing work?
Invite a partner, a grandparent, or a nanny. Up to six people, each with their own Apple ID, all see the same children and records. Whoever is on duty knows when the last feed was and who gave the last dose.
One purchase covers your whole family
Turn on Purchase Sharing in your Apple Family settings and up to five family members get Plus too, at no extra cost.
Your records stay private to your account and the people you choose to share them with. See the privacy policy for the details.
What are colour themes?
Choose how the app looks, and pick a colour for each child. When you share records, everyone sharing them sees the same colours.
What is coming to Plus?
Plus is a single one-time purchase, and every feature added to it later is included at no extra cost. Buy it once and you keep getting the new things as they land.

What is in the report for appointments?
A PDF of feeds, foods, allergens, nappies, medicine, temperatures, growth, milestones, and vaccinations over any dates you choose. You can share it straight from your phone. It records what you entered and does not interpret it. Talk to your health visitor or GP about anything that worries you.
Does the growth chart tell me if my baby is growing well?
No. It shows where your child's measurements sit against centile curves, for your own tracking. It is not a diagnosis. Talk to your health visitor or GP if you have concerns. The NHS explains baby height and weight checks: Baby height and weight.
