Growth charts, reports for appointments, family sharing for up to six people, milestones, a vaccination record, and colour themes. One-time, never a subscription.
What Plus addsA look inside

Why there is no subscription
Tiny Tummies costs £2.49, once. There is no monthly fee and nothing to cancel. No ads, because nobody is paying me to show you things. No tracking, because there are no analytics in the app, so I do not know how you use it.
Plus is optional. It is a one-time upgrade for extra features, never a subscription. Everything you log is always yours to keep, with or without Plus.
What Tiny Tummies Plus adds
Plus is an optional one-time upgrade, never a subscription. Everything you track is included in the base app. Plus is for when you want more:
- Growth charts that plot weight, and length or height, against centile curves.
- Reports for appointments, a tidy PDF you can hand to a health visitor or GP.
- Family sharing for up to six people on the same records, so whoever is on duty knows when the last feed was.
- Milestones, the firsts as they happen, shared as a picture or saved to Photos.
- Vaccinations, the NHS schedule worked out from your child's date of birth, with each one marked as given.
- Colour themes, with a colour for each child.
NHS-sourced guidance, clearly attributed
When Tiny Tummies shows guidance, it comes from NHS pages and says so. For example, the Foods tab explains that the NHS suggests introducing common allergens one at a time, in small amounts, so you can spot any reaction.
I am a parent and an app builder, not a clinician, and I do not write my own health advice. Tiny Tummies is not affiliated with or endorsed by the NHS. Read the source pages yourself: NHS weaning guidance and NHS advice on food allergies.
NHS guidance last checked: 29 September 2026.
Why I built it
I am Tom, a dad of two in Ebbsfleet, Kent. When my youngest was a newborn and constantly poorly, my wife and I were forever trying to remember her last feed and scheduled medicine times.
Every app we tried wanted a monthly subscription for something this basic, or took six taps to log a single bottle. So I built the one we actually needed. My wife tested every version before it went near the App Store.

Read the guideQuestions parents ask
Is there a subscription?
No. Tiny Tummies costs £2.49, once. There is an optional Plus upgrade for extra features, also a one-time purchase. Nothing is ever a subscription.
Is there an Android version?
No. Tiny Tummies is for iPhone and iPad only for now.
Does it work on iPhone Duo?
Yes. On the front screen, the tabs move into the strip down the side, under your thumb, and the log buttons stay along the bottom where they always are. Open it, and Today shows two panes, with nothing on the fold. iPad gets the same two panes.
Can I track more than one child?
Yes. Each child has their own records, and you switch between them at the top of the Today tab.
Who can see my baby's data?
Your records are private to your account and to anyone you choose to share them with using Plus. They are stored in a protected database with servers in Stockholm, inside the EU. There are no ads and no analytics, and nothing is sold. The details are in the privacy policy.
Is the guidance from the NHS?
The guidance in the app is sourced from NHS pages and says so. Tiny Tummies is not affiliated with or endorsed by the NHS, and it is general information, not medical advice.
Does it give medical advice or calculate medicine doses?
No. It records what you enter and reminds you when a dose is due. It never checks or calculates doses. Follow the label, or ask a pharmacist, GP, or NHS 111.
Does it have a barcode scanner?
Yes. Scan a barcode or search by name to see a product's salt, sugar, and additives, and to tick allergens from its label. The data comes from Open Food Facts, a free public database, so some products are missing or out of date. Always check the packet.
Does it work with Siri?
Yes. Say “Hey Siri, log a wet nappy in Tiny Tummies” to log a nappy, a bottle, or a feed, or ask “When was the last feed in Tiny Tummies?” and Siri answers without opening the app. There is nothing to set up, it is included in the base app, and it needs iOS 16 or later.
Can I track nappies?
Yes. Log a nappy as wet, dirty, or both. The Today tab shows how many nappies today and when the last dirty one was.
Can two parents use it?
Yes, with Plus. Invite a partner, a grandparent, or a nanny, and up to six people can share the same children and records, each with their own Apple ID. See how sharing works.
What does Plus add?
Plus is an optional one-time upgrade. It adds growth charts, reports for appointments, family sharing for up to six people, milestones, a vaccination record, and colour themes. Everything you track is included in the base app. See what Plus adds.
